Rocket Blob is made by KIZA, Inc. (“KIZA”, “we”). The app is licensed to you, not sold. By default, all KIZA apps, including Rocket Blob, are licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”).
On Apple devices
When you get Rocket Blob from the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV, your use of it is governed by the Standard EULA, which is an agreement between you and KIZA. Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to your use of the App Store itself.
On Android and Fire TV
When you get Rocket Blob from Google Play or the Amazon Appstore, the license terms of the Standard EULA apply between you and KIZA in the same way, with references to Apple and the App Store read as the store you got the app from. That store's own terms also apply to how you buy and download apps there (Google Play Terms of Service, Amazon Appstore Terms of Use).
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the app from, and that store's payment and refund policies apply. We never see your payment details. Purchases are behind a parental gate inside the app.
Privacy
How the app handles information is described in its privacy policy. The short version: it collects no personal data.
